The powerful Black Berkey™ purification elements remove or reduce viruses, pathogenic cysts, parasites, harmful, unwanted chemicals and heavy metals. The micro-pores within the cleanable Black Berkey™ purification elements are so small that pathogenic bacteria are simply not able to pass through them.

Each Black Berkey filter gives approx 11,000 litres of filtration before replacement is needed.
Therefore.a set of 2 Black Berkey filter elements gives approx 22,000 litres of filtration before replacment is needed.

Black Berkey Filters will remove at least:

• 99.999% of Viruses
• 97.9999% of Pathogenic Bacteria
• 99.99% of Harmful Bacteria
• Chlorine/Inorganic Materials
• Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
