The Kombucha powder, uses high-quality kombucha liquid fermented from Jin Xuan Oolong high mountain tea hand-picked from high in Taiwan’s mountains. Once retrieved, it is roasted and brewed to a rich tea liquid. The liquid is then fermented for 14 days using a carefully selected kombucha SCOBY to produce non-alcoholic and high-quality kombucha liquid. The liquid is spray dried to make a powder using patented fibre microencapsulation which retains the original flavour and nutritional values, complete with tea polyphenols, flavonoids, and organic acids.
