About Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus

It is the only natural compound recommended by The World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) to repel mosquitoes.

Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus, Cyclized, Hydrolized (PMDRBO) is a natural product also known by the brand names Citrepel® or Citriodiol® and is derived from natural essential oils – predominantly Lemon Eucalyptus. It was first identified in the 1970s as having the potential to repel insects that rivalled the common synthetic ingredient DEET.

Bug-Grrr Off uses the primary active compound PMD Rich Botanic Oil as its active ingredient. PMD – p-menthane-3,8-diol.

With Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus as the active ingredient in BUG-grrr OFF, your skin is protected from biting insects and nasty chemicals.

How to use: Shake well before use. Apply Bug-grrr Off directly onto all exposed skin. Repeat as necessary especially after swimming and excessive exercise.

The inspiration for a Natural Insect Repellent came from personal experience on a family holiday in Bali. Back home in Ferny Creek, Victoria, on the edge of the Sherbrooke Forest, we tested our products on the local mosquitoes and other blood-sucking nasties and received genuinely effective results.

Our goal was to produce a natural, highly effective, great smelling product that is suitable and safe for the whole family.
