my hair is enriched with sulfur containing proteins Cysteine and Lysine, with Biotin and Zinc which may help stabilise the telogen (shedding) rate. These ingredients help to nourish and strengthen hair from the roots, giving you thicker, healthier and stronger hair that has been nourished from the inside out.

my hair contains key ingredients to strengthen keratin fibres throughout the body which is important for healthy hair, skin and nails. Silica from Bamboo, Lysine, Cysteine, Vitamin B5 and Biotin work together to strengthen brittle nails and reduce splitting. my hair has added antioxidant benefits from Selenium to further improve skin condition.

• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): Provides antioxidant support and promotes collagen production in the body, helping hair to stay strong and shiny.

• B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6): Supports hair density, thickness, and texture, as well as hair shine. These vitamins also support healthy skin and strong nails.
