Vit K1 & K2 Complex: Vitamin K is an essential fat-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in bone, cardiovascular and immune health.
NAD+: NAD+ is a compound found in every cell of the body that naturally declines with age. Supplementing with NAD+ can help cells repair damaged DNA and promote healthy ageing.
Terminalia chebula: Plant commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce joint pain.
Boswellia serrata: The resinous part of this tree from the Burseraceae family (also known as Frankincense), has been traditionally used to help reduce pain and inflammation.
Organic Cordyceps: A mushroom traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to provide energy and support the body’s immune system, especially during periods of chronic illness.
Plant-based Vitamin D3: An algal source of vitamin D3, an essential vitamin that helps to regulate immune responses.

Yummy on food or in water

How to use:

Mix Nectar with your pup's food (wet, dry or raw) as a delicious topper or dissolve in water and stir well for a hydrating snack.

• 0-10kg: 2.5g Nectar : 100ml water
• 11-20kg: 5g Nectar : 125ml water
• 21-35kg: 7.5g Nectar : 166ml water
• 35kg+: 10g Nectar : 250ml water

When dissolved in water, Nectar is designed to be an isotonic supplement not a replacement for your dog's usual water. So keep their drinking bowl topped up with clean, filtered H2O!

• Terminalia chebula (Black myrobalan) extract equiv. dry fruit 500 mg

We know that dogs aren’t veggos. But since meat production contributes to climate change (did you know that globally, pet food production generates over 100 million tonnes of carbon dioxide every year?) it's always been important to us to minimise our impact on the environment.

So since most of our pups already get the animal proteins they need from their food bowls, why not give them plant-based supplements? Using non meat-based products is more sustainable and plants have incredible healing powers.

With Nectar, our mission is to make it easy for pet parents to give their dogs their healthiest and best lives.

When we decided to create Nectar of the Dogs™, we simply wanted to do better for our own pup, Willow.

Unpalatable capsules and tablets, products full of fillers or with ingredients at unevidenced dosages were just not good enough anymore.

So our little team of natural health experts, integrative vets, food technologists and doggo Mums and Dads embarked on a journey to create the most efficacious and delicious dog supplements the world has ever seen.

It's our strong belief that "healthy" doesn't have to be difficult or boring for pet parents. It's in Nectar's DNA to marry the fun and playful with quality and scientific rigour.

Like you, we’re (more than) a bit obsessed with our pups. They’re more than pets to us – they’re BFF and family all rolled into one - and we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to keep them healthy and happy.

We wanted a way to support our pups’ wellbeing while also treating them to a fun experience. So we went on a quest to create a range of the cleanest, most effective, plant-based supplements delivered on food or in a delicious liquid format. It was also important to us that these supplements were made right here in Australia in a human-grade manufacturing facility. It was then that Nectar of the Dogs™ was born.

What a funny brand name, you say? Really though, there was no better way to encapsulate it (we also don't mind a good old dog pun).

In ancient Greek mythology, Nectar was the food or drink of the Greek gods, giving longevity or immortality to whomever consumed it. Literally, it's a combination of “Nek” (death) and “Tar” (overcoming). Today, “Nectar of the Gods” is a common phrase used to describe a drink that tastes extremely good.

Formulating, developing and producing Nectar of the Dogs™ was no easy task.

We had to do something that hadn't been done before and it took the best natural health experts, veterinarians and food technologists in Australia as well as the most passionate pet parents to deliver on this vision - that's about 50 years of expertise in each Nectar tin.

And let's not forget our in-house Chief Tasting Officer Willow who made sure that every Nectar is heckin' delish.
