These sheets, unlike many other silicone sheets, do not contain a fibreglass core.
They can be used with other brands — just check the measurements, as each brand has slightly different dimensions. There may be a slight shortfall on the edges with other models or, sometimes, if the unit is smaller, excess can be cut from the sheet.
Sedona Silicone Drying Sheets provide a natural non-stick surface without the use of non-stick coatings or chemicals and are BPA (Bisphenol A) and PTFE (Teflon) free.
Because they do not rely on a chemical coating, the Sedona Silicone Drying Sheets provide a durable non-stick surface. Even the stickiest of foods release easily with no mess. Designed to be used with the open tray to create a level surface, place one sheet inside the open tray and add your ingredients to the sheet.
