These castor oil packs come in a handy calico storage bag and are made with 100% organic cotton inside fabric and come with a convenient outer waterproof fabric to make it a mess-free experience. We have also included an 100% organic cotton insert which can be used multiple times before washing.  

A castor oil pack is one of the oldest, most widespread healing rituals in the world from Traditional Chinese Medicine to Indian Ayurveda to modern Naturopathic Medicine. The ricinoleic acid in castor targets the lymphatic system, helping your body produce or increase production of lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are the body’s natural disease fighters. Apply Vrindavan certified organic castor oil to the liver area or lower abdomen and compress for a minimum of 30 minutes. Place a hot water bottle on top to alleviate pain.
