Buckwheat sprouts contain among other things vitamins B, C, and E, Copper, Manganese, Iron, Magnesium, and Phosphorus. Also contains some vitamin K, vitamin E, thiamine, riboflavin, choline, betaine, calcium, and potassium. Buckwheat sprouts complement light meals. The mild and delicate nutty flavour is a great addition to salads, vegetables, sandwiches soup or juices. Buckwheat sprouts are an excellent source of essential nutrients and contribute to healthy balanced nutrition.

How to use Buckwheat seeds for sprouting

Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak for 12 hours.

For best results, sow seeds thinly.

Germination time may vary with temperature.

• Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds.
• Temperature: 18 – 20°C.
• Rinse: 2-3 times daily.
• Ready to eat: After approximately 2 to 3 days.
• Ingredients: Organically grown Buckwheat seeds.

With our cold pressed Chia and Hemp processors rather than force filter, we let the oil settle after expelling for 4 to 6 weeks, which is slow but demonstrates our ethos to only produce what is best for health wellness.
