Dosage

Adults (12+ years):
Take 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times a day with water before meals.

Children (2 to 11 years):

Bio-Strath Nutritional Supplements are based on a nutritional yeast called Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast has long been recognized for its rich source of natural B-vitamins.
