This model is the culmination of 7 years R & D. The stainless steel locking mechanism, exclusive to the Hippocrates model, means that there are no longer any plastic parts that are subject to stress. The internal S/S locking mechanism provides greater strength than the plastic knob of the previous design.

Differences between Greenpower models -

Model GPT-E1303, also known as the Hippocrates Juicer, is the most recently re-designed Kempo body style being sleeker and with a quick-release stainless steel catch on the handle.
The Standard Hippo features all of the improvements to the motor, gearbox, and external body of the Hippo Plus.

Model GPT-E1305, also known as the Hippocrates PLUS Juicer, is the most recently re-designed Kempo body style being sleeker and with a quick-release stainless steel catch on the handle.
The Hippo Plus has all of the additional parts to make superb fruit juices including pomegranate juice, plus parts for making superb wheatgrass juice, pasta, nut butters, baby foods, dips, plus frozen fruit desserts.

Kempo model KP-E1304 has the same body style and plastic catch on the body as the older Kempo model GPT-E1202, which preceded model GPT-E1303, and also comes with the same upgraded twin gears and attachments of Kempo model GPT-E1303.
The Kempo features all of the improvements to the motor, gearbox, and external body of the Hippo Standard & Hippo Plus.

All 3 models, GPT-E1303, GPT-E1304 and KP-E1305 juicers are made in the same factory, have the same motor and juicing parts and produce the same high-quality juice. GPT-E1305 also has further numerous parts (the Multi-Purpose Accessory Kit) for juicing various types of fruit and also pasta attachments, which accounts for its higher price. GPT-E1305 is also available in red, white, orange and black. 

The main difference between the models is external - the shape of the body and handle, and the newer stainless steel catch on the handle of the GPT-E1303 & GPT -E1305, versus the older plastic catch on the body of the KP-E1304. The stainless steel locking mechanism exclusive to the Hippocrates model means that there are no longer any plastic parts that are subject to stress. The internal stainless steel locking mechanism provides greater strength than the plastic knob on the prior design.

Our advice is to choose the model whose looks or features you prefer. We have sold the Hippocrates model GPT-E1303 for the longest period of time, but have now recently included all 3 models into our Portfolio. We also sell the Multi-Purpose Kit (as provided with the 1305) as an extra.
